The Alpha Geeks Story
Back about eight years ago (waaay back in technology years), Alpha Geeks’ owner and founder, Tom Karakis, used to work for one of those other big geek teams, but he couldn’t provide the service to his customers that he wanted. So he decided to start his own residential and business computer support company. High quality service, flat-rate pricing philosophy, and true managed services make Alpha Geeks the geeks to call when you need help with something as small as virus protection for your home computer to full IT support for your network of business computers.

Alpha Geeks Timeline
2005 – Owner, Tom Karakis, opens shop in Oak Creek, WI serving the computer support needs of residential computer users and business computers in southeast Wisconsin.
2008 – Alpha Geeks opens a storefront in Hales Corners, Wisconsin and begins to grow more rapidly. Additional employees are hired and Alpha Geeks now has clients all over the country, including one in Europe.
2012 – Alpha Geeks moved to Franklin, WI. Alpha Geeks also acquires one of its competitors, along with its employees and now staffs four talented computer support professionals, offering a combined experience of more than 45 years in computer support.
2019 – Alpha Geeks moves to Oak Creek! Our current address 330 W Drexel Ave., Oak Creek, WI 53154. We are located just across the street from Drexel Town Square, right next to Roth Heating and Air Conditioning.
