When processing a payment your credit or debit card information is immediately passed to a third party processor via a secure connection.  We do not store this information locally.

Banking Information
When enrolling in auto-pay for any product or service we collect your bank routing and account information via electronic means.  That data is stored securely in our CRM software and is passed to our bank for processing payments on the schedule that you have agreed upon.  A copy of the signed and dated agreement can be requested any time by contacting us here.

Collection of IP Address
When visiting the Alpha Geeks website, the IP address used to access the site will be logged along with the dates and times of access. This information is purely used to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement and gather broad demographic information for internal use. Most importantly, any recorded IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information and this information is never shared with third parties.
