Flat-fee Pricing – The service industry typically charges by the hour, but we believe that you have the right to know how much you are going to spend before the service is performed. The price we quote is the price you will pay. No hidden fees, no overage charges, no surprises.
No Trip Charges – Our flat fee pricing includes the trip charge for all in-home services. Currently we service all of Southeastern Wisconsin. If you have a question as to whether or not we service your area, give us a call!
Set Appointment Times – When you set an appointment us, we are committing to that time and not a range of arrival time. When we say we will be there, you can count on us.
30-day Guaranty – We provide a guaranty on all services performed for 30 days. We fix it right the first time, and if you are not 100% satisfied, we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you.
Qualified Technicians – Our service technicians hold industry standard certifications and each of our technicians has passed our rigorous screening process, and undergone extensive training to ensure that you receive the level of service that you deserve.
Newsletter – Each month we distribute an e-newsletter jam-packed with valuable information like how to protect yourself from viruses and spyware, avoiding spam, and general tips on how to get more out of your computer. Additionally, we answer reader questions, provide product reviews, and keep you informed of the latest trends in the computer industry. It’s a great way for you to stay informed, it’s free, and we never sell subscriber information.
Referral Program – At Alpha Geeks, we believe in helping those who help us so developed a referral program. When you experience great customer service from Alpha Geeks, please tell your friends, family and neighbors. If you refer a client to us, and they employ our services, we will send you $25 within 2 weeks of their service being paid for. No strings attached. Just a couple of referrals can help offset the cost of your own services, and you will be helping a friend in need.
