Operating System Service - $199 On-Site $150 Remote $130 In-Store
Returns your operating system to like new condition. Includes the removal of both viruses and spyware, improves system performance, reduces boot time, and restores your faith in your computer. INVOLVES NO DATA LOSS WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
Data Back Up - $199 On-Site $130 In-Store
We can either transfer the information from your old system to your new one, or make a hard copy back up of your current data for you. Each Gigabyte of information over the 5 GB limit is charged at $25 per gig.
Virus/Spyware Removal - $199 On-Site $150 Remote $130 In-Store
Both of these problems are eradicated by our Operating System service. Viruses and spyware both change the way your system works. Simply removing the virus or spyware and not restoring the changes made to your system would be doing you a disservice.
Wireless or Wired Home Networking - $125
Includes setting up two computers on a home network. This service can only be performed in your home. With this service, you can share your existing broadband connection between two or more computers at the same time! You will also have the ability to access files on any of the computers on your network, and even print to the printer of your choice. Add additional computers to your network for only $30 each. We can also install your DSL kit for an additional $50.
New Computer Shopping and Setup - $125 On-Site Delivery $100 In-Store
Are you shopping for a new computer? Confused about your choices? Do you need that extended warranty? Are you afraid of being “sold” a system that you do not need? Well fear no more. With this service, we will make recommendations for a new system based on your needs, and when you purchase your new system, we will come to your home and set it up for you. Take the fear out of buying a new computer.
If you are in the market for a new computer, this is one service that you can’t afford to go without. Buying a new computer can be very confusing. When you don’t know what you need, who can you trust? The 19 year old "computer expert" in the polo shirt and khakis at one of those big box stores? Your uncle who just bought a new computer?
